The following are a few examples of significant projects which I have successfully executed as Project Lead.

Global Brand Review
IFM Investors

An intensive brand review was performed on the health and strength of the IFM brand. Partnering with global brand consultants, Landor, we performed comprehensive research, engaged with key stakeholders and developed a refreshed brand that successfully saw Industry Funds Management become IFM Investors.

  • End-to-end project management
  • Stakeholder management – Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Steering Committee, creative agencies, staff
  • Plan and manage brand launch event globally
  • Manage video interviews with shareholders for launch event
  • Post-review brand executions across various assets including signage, website, stationery, merchandise
  • Develop brand book, guidelines, training material and events

 

Salesforce Investor Portal
IFM Investors

This project was about updating an existing investor portal platform to Salesforce Customer Communities to enable more efficient processes, increased collaboration and communication with clients.

  • Project management on the development of the our investor portal using Salesforce
  • Manage steering and working committee – establish requirements, managing expectations
  • Work with external partner to develop the platform according to requirements
  • Design brand-compliant customised look and feel
  • Manage timelines, content migration checks, user-testing, feedback, reports
  • Working with investor relations team to manage¬†client communications and on-boarding procedures

 

Marketing Strategy and Prospectus Development
University College

Development of the college’s marketing strategy as well as the production of its inaugural college prospectus.

  • Work with the Head of College and senior leadership to develop a suitable marketing strategy to improve the college’s positioning and communications
  • Establish a new digital strategy, developing a new college website and social media accounts
  • Develop structure and write content for the college’s first-ever prospectus
  • Coordinate with suppliers – web developers, photographers
  • Plan and manage launch of the prospectus at College’s Open House
